Scrap aluminium collection
We collect aluminium from homes, offices and shops: window and door frames, curtain walling, suspended ceiling grid, ventilation ducting, cable trunking, alloy wheels and extrusions. It is collected free with your other scrap metal.

Aluminium is light and easy to overlook. Office strip-outs produce a surprising amount: ceiling tiles' grid, air diffusers, flexible ducting, trunking and light fittings. One of our photographs shows exactly that pile from a Charing Cross office. Window replacement produces frames, and garages produce alloy wheels, ladders and old caravan panels.
Mixed with other materials
Window frames with glass still in, ducting with insulation, and light fittings with electronics are all still collected. Do not knock out glass or strip anything to prepare it; we would rather collect a mixed pile than have you injure yourself.

Questions about this
Will you take old aluminium windows with the glass in?
Yes. Stack them safely and we will handle the glass at our end.
Do you collect drinks cans?
Not on their own. Cans go in your council recycling. We collect construction, shopfitting and household aluminium.
