How coverage works
The van runs from Glasgow and collections are grouped by direction: the Southside and East Renfrewshire on one run, the West End, Clydebank and Bearsden on another, Lanarkshire on a third. That is why a collection can sometimes be same-day and sometimes a few days away.
Postcode is the first thing we ask for. It tells us which run you are on and lets us give an honest time rather than a promise we cannot keep.
Coverage beyond the areas listed is decided job by job. Larger loads justify a longer drive; a single item usually does not, and we will say so.
